Any tips for helping my chest look smaller?

Im only 5 feet tall (barely), and I have a huge chest like bigger than an E, aside from reduction surgery (which I cant afford) what are some tips on how to make my chest look smaller?
One more thing, I live in Florida so walking around in huge trench coat isnt really an option.

wear loose clothing- tight, fitted clothes only make the chest seem larger

First of all, invest in a good bra. Go to Frederick's of Hollywood, or any other shop that offers customization. Avoid tops with horizontal stripes, they tend to make you look bigger. If you do any sports, like soccer, basketball, especially track, the movement can make your breast stretch and sag, so wear a really good sports bra, or be the goalie ;)... Good luck.

Start with a minimizer bra. You can find them at places like Lane Bryant or any good bra shop.

Second wear loose clothes. Wear long tops. Don't wear tiny patterns. Stay with a bit longer sleeve. Wear clothes that draw attention to your bottom like jeans with embroidery and the like.

vertical stripes or lines darker colors or bigger shirts
if they are giving you back problems.. you might want the surgery

avoid wearing red body hugging shirts... (anything red, coz red makes everything look BIG)
