Baking bread, cake or cookies (makes the house smell fantastic), making coffee, herbal tea or warm cocoa (depends on your preference) and curling up on the couch -- or in bed -- with a great book, a pile of your favorite magazines or the New York Times Saturday crossword puzzle -- or watching a Marx Brothers movie or the best of Comedy Central reruns of classics (like I Love Lucy).
Of course, if you're so inclined, you can forego all this (except the baking -- those aromas!!!) and crawl under the covers with your hunny bunny!

Read a book by the fire or in the tub, But only if your single.
Otherwise go to a movie with your kids or husband and or to a museum or science center if your married or have kids. Either way make it as warm and cozy as you can.

Depends on my mood... sometimes I like to jog in the rain, long as it's not too stormy. Girlfriend thinks I'm crazy, but she usually goes with me.
Of course there's other stuff we do that I won't discuss here...

Reading a book while playing soft music. It's crazy, but sometimes I like classical music, and sometimes I don't. Just depends on my mood.

I know this one...making whoopee!!! That's what I would do...or reading a good book in a hot bath with a glass of good wine.
