OK, sounds like you're much too young to be pre-menopausal. Sounds like the flu or something transitory like that. Are you running a fever? If so (and even if you're not), drink lots of water and juice.

And next time, try not to leave reading and papers 'til the last moment (I'm making an assumption here); that also may be contributing to your feeling unwell. Think?

True, would help to start with maintaining fluids:

Some juice

some sport drink for minerals

some water

think back on what you eaten today and have a light meal if you skipped any.

Take a break, clear your anxiety and get comfortable.

Snuggle up with your reading material, make your notes as your read, start writing out components as you go.

Take another break. Review your outline and start your first draft.

If your headache has not gone away take one OTC product but try to not rely on them. Keep up fluids.

Pace your self. If other symptoms show up, go to doctors in the morning after you've dropped your paper off. You deserve a day off for health maintenance.

I know this is going to sound very odd, but are you by chance stopping of using medication and/or drugs? Because withdrawal can cause those type of symptoms.
