Doing crunches really workes try to do more every day even if it is one it will increase your repetition and strengthen your abdominal.Also diet plays an important role I amnot telling you not to eat infact that is how you see skinny women with stomachs they starve themselves and thier metabolism slows down and stomachers get bigger .Instead I am telling you to eat healthy and if possible every 2 hours.

Jogging or running are great to tone the mid section. But the best is probably jump roping! And drink lots of water!

LOTS of techniques. If you want to get rid of it really fast, though, you should buy one of those things that warm only your belly.
I'd personally do crouches and eat only bread and water. Running gets rid of fat but it also affects legs and the whole body, not just the belly.
Laugh a lot, too.

Drink water say 1.5l in the morning an hour before breakfast and do same for lunch and dinner. it will be weird in the beggining but will be ok this is the fastest way of losing xtra carbs.

do sports for 30 min. a day and eat 3 fruit/veggies a day for 2 weks and you shold lose about 5 pds. I am BIG and I have lost 30 pds. doing it

try the atkins diet! you lose the weight extreamly fast! in the first week you see a big differance. and then if you want to lose it even faster on the diet do stomach crunches and pilates or jog. BELIEVE me it works! i hoped i helped :-)

Don't go on a no eat diet. (YUK!)Try simple things like the Fat Flush Plan, or Adkins. Both my parents did them when I was young, and they work great.

well, eat healthy meals, exercise, and try weight training. muscle burns fat. also check out some magazines, like Shape, for excercises that target the abs. also drink lots of water.
