A rainbow is what happens when sunlight passes through suspended water particles and you happen to be at an angle of 48 degrees to a line between the suspended droplets and the sun. No two people see the same rainbow since each one is at a slightly different angle. A layer of high thin cloud can sometimes cause a rainbow that completely encircles the sun.

A rainbow is nethier cause if you think aobut it than after it rains and the sun comes out is the only time that a rainbow comes so it would be the sunlight in different ageas of the sun pluse the water particles in the air make the colors

A property of a rainbow is liquid I suppose. Though without the refraction of light, it is not a rainbow anymore. Thats why you usually see rainbows on a misty, but sunny day.

Rainbow is not a matter so its neither of the three. Its actually light that has been split into roughly 7 visible colours. Water molecules are like prisms which can split light so, the light is split by water molecules and its is split into different colours and the ones u can see is called a rainbow. =)

It's a manifestation of light. As sun light passes through the water particles, it gets refracted and the resulting spectrum is called a rainbow.

It's caused by fine droplets of rain suspended in the air. When the sunlight hits these droplets at just the proper angle, they act as prizms. As with glass prisms they split the white light into all the colors of the spectrum. Rainbow!!

water is liquid
and as a rainbow is made of water, eureka, you get liquid.
please note, the leprechaun with the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is definitely not wet and he will come and visit you with his little fists if you say so. and it won't be a pretty sight when you get fisted by a leprechaun and you have to kiss his or her blarney stone
