i heard sunlight will damage my psp screen, will the sun rays coming through my window hurt my lcd monitor?

ya it will damage it badly, so play only at night, or during stormy seasons, otherwise hide it inside the freezer, just a precautionary thing

I would think so, I know that it's not good to leave your mobile phone with the screen facing the sun. I'g get a cover just to be on the safe side.

High temperature can cause problems. Don’t use your LCD monitor in direct sunlight, and
keep it away from heaters, stoves, fireplaces, and other sources of heat.
