it wouldn't be spyware, spyware is used by advertising and market research type companies to collect statistics or to load site clicker software onto your pc.

if your company has a proper network setup then you won't ever have any indication of when/if they're seeing what you're upto.

with my works computer they have a log of every webpage i visit, and any suspect pages would be automatically flagged to them by the software on the internet server that all the machines go through to access the internet. they can read my outgoing/incoming emails. they can view all files in my my documents folder. they can 'watch' my screen live. for all of these i would be none the wiser because it is all done from the servers at head office, and requires no added software on my pc.

i have no problem with any of these, because after all it is not my computer and i'm at work to work. the company have the legal right to log all activity on their systems.

Your company might be using different sypware softwares to keep an eye on you. Sorry you cannot see that program running on your system when you hit Ctrl Alt+ Del because this program would not be running on your system, there are high chances that they might have installed it on a server.

One way to find this out is press Ctrl Alt + F7, if nothing comes up then that software is installed on your server. Hope I answered your query.

No spyware is used, most companies monitor email and network traffic. Not necessarilty to spy on you but to ensure there are no bottlenecks, rebalancing loads if needed.

In some sexual harassment cases the company will log all your activities.

You will not be able to see this on task manager as it not using any of your computer resources, just monitoring data in and out.

When you hit ctrl-alt-del and open task manager. Make sure you go to processes. And check the "Show processes from all users." There are simply too many programs out there.

Also you can use yahoo look up your different processes and see what they do.

karkov48 is correct. Most companies that spy on their employees do so by monitoring their network, not your individual computer. There is no way to see what they are monitoring from your personal machine.

They are monitoring it from the machine where the requests are coming in and out to the internet, capture which web sites your visiting, even read your personal e-mail to determine if you are leaking company secrets. Just don't do anything illegal at work!

Most companies don't use "spyware" to spy on their employees. They use professional applications that do not run on individual employee computers. Instead, they monitor the information that goes to and from your machine over the network. This means that they can see what websites you visit, what emails you send, and what files you download.

There are features of windows (such as remote desktop) that allow network administrators to observe or control a PC on the network.

hi, perhaps you can try norton to remove the virus and protect your PC, but you need to pay for the software.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
