Good question. It's probably because they have been raised that way but I personally disagree, women are smarter than men and they are probably better since they are the ones who give birth so without women guys wouldn't exist. And I think that's scientifically proved, the fact that women have a bigger intellectual capacity and they also have the advantage of controlling guys and getting what they want because they have that female seducing thing.

I also think that the men are REALLy afraid of women. I have this odd theory that men discovered a long time ago that women were better than them, so they decided to keep them ignorant and without power of religion or knowledge and we can see that in history. Imagine the world ruled by women? It would have been very different.

Answer: we actually don't. We just have to act like that 'cause of machism, It's sort of a way to compete we men have. Blame it on traditions, history, insecurity, whatever.

See, it's a smokescreen: most of the time it seems like we're mocking ALL women, when we're actually mocking just one. And then, like you said: ah, good times! or yeah, that was cool!, you just add: women, go figure!

Then again, with "women liberation" came feminism, a Spanish writer once said "a woman becomes a feminist when she no longer knows how to attract men, a man becomes a feminist when he no longer knows how to attract women". It's kinda right on the spot, but...

The thing is, nowadays we men don't know what to do with women. You have to be some kind of mix between Superman, Antonio Banderas, any Chippendale's dude, William Shakespeare, their Dad and Donald Trump. Meaning you have to be protective, sexy, well built, sensitive, successful and if you dont live up to their expectations, you can be a good friend.

Thats a lot of pressure, so we just go for the looks, the possibility of some fun, if u know what I mean, and see ya later, aligator.

The truly smart ones don't actually believe that, but they act like they do to save face.

With guys, everything is a front half the time, nothing more. It's okay. The world is by, for and about men and their interests, basically. So, they live in a world where they are expected to BE a somebody, so they have to pump themselves up a bit all the time.

But we girls, we can choose to compete and seek attention and therefore "BE somebody" if we want, and if we don't want to try that, we can fade in the background and nobody judges us too harshly for it. Guys aren't given that break.

Most men just have massive egos. They think they're smarter and better than everyone, not just females. Especially the ones who wear ball caps, shave their heads, have goatees and drive huge SUV's or pickups. But you wanted to know why, huh? Sorry, I don't know. I think it's rooted in insecurity though. I also think that more and more boys are being raised by single mothers and have no father to model real masculinity to them so they grow up thinking being a man means being some kind of herculean super stud that looks down on everyone. I don't know though, just a theory.

Just "men mentality", poor helpless women, who need men and also to be barefoot and pregnant. It came from the "caveman era" I think and has continued on up until we get a woman President. More and more women in the military and top ranking at that. The times have changed, and will continue. These poor guys could not have a baby I bet, and endure the pain, and do all the woman has to do, plus work. They are just big cry babies. However, we can't live with them and can't live without them. I say, keep them, and just let them think that, we know better.

They just think they are the f*ckers, women are the f*ckees - that's what it comes down to really. Women are seen as inferior because they are the done-to. The best way to avoid this is not to be done. Lift yourself out of the whole rotten system and be free of all the rubbish within it. Alternatively, find a man who sees things from a different perspective. They do exist, such men. Oh and the other reason is, they believe they have a greater capacity for astract thought, and cold hard logic. They believe these things are of a higher order than other types of intelligence, and that other types of intelligence are worthless and not to be taken seriously, but have to be given the nod for reasons of PC. Of course not all men think like this by any means, just most. Having said all that, I think many men in England are ruled by their women. Which says a lot for their delusions of kingship, eh. All the married women I know refer to their husbands/bfs as their '3rd child' or '4th child', depending on how many kids they have. And all the men call their women 'The Boss'. Maybe they think of women either as whores or mothers? Maybe it's really just as complex as how we view men....probably. Who can say what's going on? Adult life........it's mad. Oh, here's an idea, just suggested by a man actually - men act like that because they know they have no real purpose on earth besides fertilising eggs. Women do the real work (spinning the next generation out of their own flesh) - men feel they have to make a big fuss and noise trying both to out-do them and to gain their attention in preparation for mating. And that, he says, is a description of EVERYTHING men EVER do - ie: act up to the audience (women) in order to have greater chance of passing on their genetic code. Sweet.

Because most of them had fathers that raised then this way...just look back in time a little... When your bf's father was a child it was ok for dad to beat mom up if she talked back or did something he didn't like. It was also the norm for women to be seen and not heard and for them to play the stay at home domestic role. As the generations progress so will the male attitude. There will be less and less male chauvinists in each generation. That is my belief.

I don't know any guys like that. We're the goof balls working hard in the weather. Its always either hot or cold. We get our bodies beat up, broken down. Some evenings I can't stand up straight. All for 45 G a yr. My wife sits behind a desk in a cozy office sipping coffee, excellent benifits, no yelling, no screaming at 95 G a YR. I know who's smarter.

I don't. I have came to the conclusion that all women are smarter than man. Man may have been ceated fist but there is always a rough draft before a masterpiece. Women are the smates most beautiful thing that have been put on this eath. With out women, we (guys) would be lost. Thank you women for putting up with our mistakes, without you...we would be nothing.

Most guys think that because with a little bit of charm you can get a girl to like you and that makes them think girls are easy,dumber and of less value to come up with that answer.
