who should be the closer for the red sox in the 2007 season, not many free agents, unless they trade
who should it be

Foulke? (he has an opition for next year)
Hansen? (i think too young)
Delcarmen (Too young, too many hits)

anyone off free agency?

Jonathon Papelbon!

I think the talk of him becoming a starter is a bit premature. I know he wants to start, but it isn;t everyday you find a closer with that kind of power (and an era below 1.00 as a rookie).

I remember CF Fred Lynn as a rookie in 1975 and Papelbon has brought back memories of that great rookie season.

I think Nomo would make a great closer for the Red Sox!!!
