I worked for a Plastic Surgeon for 5 years. No, the pain should decrease dramatically. As a matter of fact, I am surprised you are in so much pain. Have you talked to your doctor about this? I never recall anyone being in that much pain. Of course some patients could have been and just never called me. I had a relative who had breast augmentation. She was fine after the first day. The first day she was a bit groggy, but hardly any pain.

Please call your doctor is this does not improve right away. Good luck to you.

Hey honey...
The first night I remember a lot of pain. But there were a lot of drugs... so I can't tell you for sure. The next morning, I couldn't even get out of bed. I had no strength and I was so sore. Every day it got a little better. For about three weeks I wore 2 or 3 bras because I couldn't handle the pain of them jiggling around. It gets better everyday, promise. You'll be in some really sore pain for about a week, then a week or two of super irritating pain, few weeks of annoying background pain, and you are gonna be the best damn looking girl at the Christmas party. I know it hurts right now, but by day 5, you'll feel much better.
Have fun!
