yes, with xp a gig or ram is great, in vista, its berly enough to run.

I use the Default. I have 2 gigs of ram, so that's not a problem.

Vista? dint know that was out yet, you must have the beta version.(trial ware)
If your PC cant run that OS on its own then you have bigger issues pal. You need to update your hardware.

xp, default, but I put wallpaper on. Nothing seems to make mine go faster, just slower and slower.....very sad
