If it's "doesn't work" as opposed to "can't work," then yeah, there's some "bummage" going on, unless there's a good reason. Let's say he's going to school full-time, and can somehow squeak by on little or no money,and chooses to do that so he can concentrate on school - okay.
If he's sitting on his mom's sofa, playing video games and eating her food, well, there's bummage happening. If he can't get a high-paying job and is too proud to serve coffee or clean restrooms or whatever honest work he can get, then again, we've got bummage.
I wouldn't necessarily CALL him a "bum," but I'd be thinking it - unless I got frustrated enough, in which case I would probably call him a bum, as I helped him pack his things and leave.

yes i do- but without knowing the other factors that may be a little harsh. I have been there and it sucked- I tell my partner that as long as he wants to work with me we will have something but, I will never support him if he is able to work and just not willing. A man should be your partner- I do believe in equality- give or take as life deems necessary.
