I am always getting dirty looks from people I don't even know!

I hate that. What is worse is when you give someone you pass by a smile and they then give you a dirty look or have some rude remark

1. No, because I don't know what's really going through their minds. They may be looking in my direction while fighting a splitting migraine, or upset about a disagreement. Who knows.

2. I like to people watch, with no ill intent to it. I just find people interesting and am very glad that there is variety to the human race, or it would be pretty boring.

3. Now be ruthless with yourself. Are you purhaps projecting your feelings onto others? It happens, and we don't realize we are doing it.

4. What is it about the look that makes it dirty? Try looking back and smile. You'll make yourself laugh.

if you are getting dirty looks from women, usually it's because they are jealous of your outfit or figure. I don't pay attention to other people when I walk around (must be b/c I am originally from NY), but guys I have dated mentioned it to me too, the up and down looks.

My boyfriend is very good looking and one time he was outside a club looking for me and a few drunk girls told him that a friend of theirs thought he was cute. He ignored them and they got angry saying that he was mean for dissing them. When he found me and they saw me, they yelled that I was ugly. Well I'm not ugly, not that I am a model or anything, but catty women do this when they are jealous of you.

I have no idea why anyone would be jealous of me. I have worked hard to become who I am and take care of people in a step down ICU. The things I see on a weekly basis would make most people throw up. I also have to eat in moderation and exercise regularly, otherwise I would be overweight.

When you get the opportunity, glance immediately into something that can reflect your image. It's possible that stress shows up on your face, and people are mis-interpreting it. I sometimes bite my lower lip or cast my eyes down to appear as docile or submissive to members in authority or co-workers when they appear stressed; that way I don't come across as confrontational. I seldom get negative feedback. You may be unhappy and am showing it outwardly more than you realize.

I get dirty looks all the time. I just put it like this. If they look at me like that, they must be miserable. I don't let anyone bring me down.

ya!!! sometimes i've never even met a person, but we've heard of each other kind of thing, and they just act like a ttl BRAT and give u dirty looks and stuff......i hate that

I mostly get dirty looks from women, when they catch their husbands/ boyfriends staring at me, as if it's my fault, that the good Lord and my parents, blessed me with good looks. My husband tells me all the time that i'm beautiful and he's not bothered by the fact that other men look at me, he says, as long as they don't touch, or get out of line with me, there's no harm in it, after all, you can't stop people from looking. My husband also told me that, men can stare at me, all they want, but i'm his wife and i come home to him. I should also add, my husband is very good looking too, iv'e never told him this but, i catch women staring at him alot, as well.
