I wouldn't say at all that it is the MOST boring. Ever seen curling? wait... does that even classify as a sport!? Or olympic races, yay, running people. And they don't even get to smash their faces into the walls running.
But once you have seen one play, Baseball just repeats over and over again, with a little bit of change each time. And if you are dedicated enough to sit and watch long enough, you just might get to see something different like a home run. Yay, it went farther this time, now we can watch more running.

Because people don't take the time to understand it. It's not boring at all. It's a pure sport in which thugs will never be able to change it (like they have football and basketball).

I can think of lots more sports more boring than baseball--like curling, golf, archery, soccer.
I think you've got to get into the nuances of the sport. It's cool to try to figure out the various signals, and all the breaks between innings gives you plenty of time to get another beer! :)

Why does it seem that way to you?
You probably to not have the intellectual capacity to follow a complex game.
Either that, or you're hyper active and cannot concentrate long enough to follow the action.
Whichever it is... it's your loss, not Baseball's.
