Maybe, since sweat carries waste so it might eliminate your body of germs/excess oil so you can have better skin. Sauna is mostly for weight loss though.

Yes. It opens up pores and allows toxins and gunk clogging them up to be released. After a sauna, take a nice hot shower and use a good facial scrub, then end your shower with a "cool down" in water to close your pores.

It improves in a sense that pores are open and cleaning the skin at a deeper level is possible and can happen without injury to the skin.
