I have been wanting to get a Tattoo in my lower back but I am a little afraid. I think they are very sexy!! I got my eyebrows tattoo but wonder if it's the same pain or worst. Please let me know if and when you got your Tattoo did it hurt you? For how long was your skin hurtin for?

I have a butterfly tattooed on my lower back just above my butt....and you are right, it is very, very sexy! Just make sure it is what you want and can live with for a lifetime. I like butterflies so this was the right choice for me. As far as pain goes...it really wasn't that bad there. There is more flesh than say an ankle so it isn't going to hurt as bad. I found it to be uncomfortable but not unbearable and I didn't cry or anything. You said you had your eyebrows tattooed on...well I had my eyeliner permanently done. I can tell you that hurt 200% more than my lower back did. The eyelids have delicate skin and she had to cut them and make them bleed to get the ink deep enough to stay put. I love how it looks when it is done and I will do it again if I need to (maintenance). But my lower back felt like a tickle compared to my eyeliner. So, I am sure it is similar with your eye brows. Find a tattoo you really like and has a special meaning and then go for it. Be sure the person that does it is reputable and look at some of his prior work before letting them put anything on you. hi. okay so i got a horseshoe tattooed a little to the left of my right hipbone. ive always wanted that tattoo and finally decided to go for it when my best friend turned 18. to be honest with you im scared to DEATH of pain. shots are one of my huge fears. i was sooo nervous when i was waititng to get one. im not going to lie...it hurt. some people say it doesnt hurt at all...and some people cant stand the pain.youll be able to handle it,,trust me. its really not THAT bad. and this is coming from a huggge baby. my tattoo took about 25 minutes. ask the person to let you take a breaker. it feels really good when you put something cold on it,, or just blow on it. afterwards youll be SO glad you got it. just make sure you get what you want. because if not, youll regret it. make sure it means something to you. and get it somewhere that youll be ok with having it there when youre older. aftr you get your tattoo it feels like a sunburn. no lie. mine was right where my pants would rub against it. so that kinda sucked. but it is irritating for like 3 days after you get it. make sure you clean it. put lotion on it. and donttt pick at the scabs. youll love it. go for it. its not bad i promise.

I have one on my foot and one on my lower back, yes they did hurt it almost feels like a burn after a while- it stops hurting after a week or two- it takes a few weeks to heal and it can get really itchy during that time keep it moisturized and keep your clothes away from it because they will stick to it and that can ruin the ink. A lot of it really depends on your tolerance for pain. Good luck

My tattoo is around my ankle. It didn't hurt at all. My daughter has one on her lower back and had a little discomfort with it, but not too bad. The most came when it was right over her backbone.

I got ten of `em.One the old fashioned,pre-machine way.
Put Vitamin A-D ointment a couple times a day for
two weeks and you`ll be fine.It may only hurt the day after.

My husband said his on his back hurt-but it's also huge. It all depends on how well you take pain-if you really want it go for it. It will be tender for a day or so.

I have my WIFEY's name on the inside of the Forearm and one on my shoulder with my wifey and sons name in a heart. My wifey has one on the back of her neck, ring finger and on both shoulder blades they look sexy and they didn't hurt me but the one that hurt her was the one on the back of her neck it took over 2 hours

I HAVE 11 TATTOOS...THEY ARE ADDICTIVE AND YES SOME OF THEM HURT TO THE POINT THAT U WANT TO PASS OUT.....BUT ONCE ITS DONE IT HURTS FOR LIKE A DAY BUT THEN IT JUST ITCHES ALOT...........AND ONCE ALL THATS DONE U LOVE IT AND U WANT ANOTHER.......THE PAIN IS TEMPRORARY BUT IF ITS REALLY WHAT U WANT THEN ITS GREAT..........I LIKE TO GO TO THE BEACH TOPLESS AND HAVE CHICKS COME UP AND TOUCH THEM!!!

no it didnt hurt but i think it might hurt u a lil bit....take some pain killers or something and u should be fine....just remember if it does hurt its just the outline...coloring doesnt hurt.
