It should say on your oil cap. Most Honda's I've seen have 5W-30.

a name brand 5-30 wt. oil. change oil and filter at 3000 mile intervals [not changing the filter until 6k miles is a false economy] and will result in yet another purchasing visit to dealer.

Look in your owner's manual. Typically it is 5w30. Any brand will due. Look for the API certification, though.
