I had the calls traced, my friend took my cell phone form my house. I confronted her .. she denied.. got a 300$ cell phone gone, I felt like kicking her ***.. any ideas?

If you are sure that she is the one that took it, involve the police.

Call your cell phone and see if she answers...lol Seriously, call the cops. Tell them she stole property from your home and she has it on her. Make sure you have the proof on you that SHE stole it (the traced phone calls if they are on paper.) Then when she gets out of jail for theft, kick the b*tch's @ss...

just be like hey this isnt cool at all i thoughr we were friends that is a 300$ phone & if your not gonna give it back then i will have my parenst talked ot urs or get the police invloved....jsut tell ur parenst & ahve them call her parenst...if ur too old for that then get the poolice involved. its not right & you need to stick up for your self this time or she is goiingt o think she can get away wiht taking anything from u!

I would definetly remove her from my "friends" list. I would also contact the authorities, and make her pay for the bill. That's horrible, for anybody to do that. Sorry that it happened to you, and good luck with it.

grew to become into your bestfriend a clepto or sumthin? and are you constructive that she took it? properly it grew to become into your fault for the 1st place coz your the single that left it bear in strategies? you cant in simple terms factor to sumone and tell them that she stole it!
