i dont think a web-site can really tell u exactly how to do it correctly. a better idea would be, get a trampoline.. or better yet go to a friends house that has one (so u dont waste money on an experience u may not enjoy) and just try it. jump, lean back and try and throw ur legs over u quicker than u fall... not the easiest thing in the world, but certainly not the most difficult either.
