It is absolutely illegal for an attorney to represent both clients in any legal dispute for this constitutes what is commonly referred to in legal circles as a "CONFLICT OF INTEREST"! If you are experiencing this injustice, you can find relief by reporting it to your local American Bar Association.

I wouldn't think so....
A lawyer is supposed to be looking out for the clients best interest. If they have two clients with different interests it would be impossible to do.
