they both have all the same parts except the plant cells have a cell wall plus a membrane while the animal cell only have the cell membrane. Also, plant cells have chloroplast, which is the substance which makes plants green.

Plants have all these things that animal cells do not: cell wall, chloroplasts (thats y plants are green, and we humans are not ;o) ), a large vacuole.

Plant cells have cell walls and they have a bigger vacuole. The vacuole is much smaller in an animal cells and doesn't have a cell wall because animals have bones or exoskeletons to keep them up-right.
