You can combine two or more family names - bits and pieces and make a "new" name
You can use an old family name as a first or second name
Or you can get on the Internet and search or go to your local bookstore.
Get too unique, and the poor kid will never be able to find any "generic" shirts/trinkets/souvenirs with their name. Forces everything personalized to be customized (and therefore, cost more).
Or look to history to someone famous who made a mark on mankind, or is a character in a novel.
The supply is endless.

for example: bobby joe, frankie john, sara martha.
