Point the private part away from voyeuring onlookers and do the deed. Never give up good hygiene. A couple of dividers on each side would be good.

In this day and age, even more than before, I think this is actually a very good question.
Today, with all the license that people tend to take with their public behaviour, there are a lot of perverts I have noticed, compared with previously, and I rarely take my bathers [swimtogs] off while showering in public.
But it is probable that we should always have taken care of our 'privates' in private.
