If you are genuinely having difficulty breathing out of your left nostril, then you can ask your GP to refer you to an ENT specialist to assess your breathing. However if you just want to cosmetically improve your nose, you will have to pay for this privately, unless there is a medical reason to give you rhinoplasty (a nose job) or you can prove that by not having it, you will be psychologically scarred for life. Only then will they consider doing it on the NHS. As somebody who works for the NHS though and who is conscious of all that goes with it, and the patients I see, I would really advise you to worry about more important things than how your nose looks. In our ENT and plastic surgery department, we see real traumas and are really overstretched. Have a serious think either way...

Yes you can. You need to be referred to an ENT consultant and it sounds like you need a septorhinoplasty- this will straighten the nose and also solve your breathing difficulties. Because you have breathing problems you are entitled to this procedure but pure cosmetic surgery is still scarce on the NHS.

Get nose job surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

You have to plead psychological problems due to visual problems with nose.
Lay it on thick is the only way on the NHS.
