i dont think you should be concerning yourself with that kind of info at 14...
but anyways... 14 is still somewhat early into puberty. give it some time?

Well, 14 years old is a little young for having sex, but yes 3 inches is small for a guy. Average length is 5 1/2-6 inches. Hope that this helps!

I'd say 3 inches is very small, even for a newborn. Most 14 year olds are at least 5 foot tall.

Is that 3 inches flaccid or 3 inches totally erect? 3 inches length or 3 inches circumference? It will grow, by the way, especially if it is (how shall I put it) encouraged, i.e. put to use.

I would think a 14 yr old guy should be 5' - 5'4" by now.

guys do most of their "growing" in teen years, so at that age it is usually kind of small. 3" is probably average.
