Subway. I was there all alone after 6pm. The neighborhood it was in was kinda bad, so all the crackheads were out, looking for breakfast at 8pm. We were running the two footlongs for 7.99 deal. I was swamped with drunks and crackheads each ordering at least two sandwiches and as many as ten. I had to make the sandwiches, take off my gloves, ring them up, wash my hands, put on new gloves and start the next order. I also had to inventory the freezer each night, clean the oven and proofer, restock and label all of the condiments, do all the dishes, sweep/mop the whole floor, and prepare any condiments that we were low on. We had a security guard who hung out in the store and he was only paid to be there until 11pm, so I had to work fast or he'd get mad. I only made about 6/hr for all that crap.

Hah! Mine was most definitely McDonald's too. I was only 16, but I HATED that job! They could always count on me to go home early if they needed to cut hours :)

I lasted all of a week. It was telemarketing, selling septic tank treatment stuff to rural people. So I was telling rednecks who were way smarter than the company thought about "solid waste" all day. It was worse than fast food!

Selling circus tickets over the phone on commission!

No wait - when I was a pooper scooper for the American Kennel Dog Show. Stinky - but they paid well.
