I don't think this person really wants an answer but is a troll - either that or is looking for a propagandist rather than a knowledgable meteorologist and accurate forecaster (as the verifications rather than opinions show).

call your local tv station and ask to talk to the weather man. most will answer your ? they do here in Denver

call Penn state univ in state college, PA ask to be connected to accuweather . they may have a web site. do a search.
