Need main backround to planning?

Well planning A HUGE TRIP for all of my 6th grade classes of 50 kids really need help like what do I need to do as in money, bus, bathroom stops, food, when we leave? SOOO STRESSFUL.

Several options - - - -
1) Triple A service. If you are a member they can help with ALL the planning. if not, it doesn't cost but $50.00 for the whole year.
2) Check with the Chambers of Congress for the locations you plan to visit.
3) Check with the Visitor Centers for some of the towns around where you would like to explore.
