6t+3=2t+11

get the numbers on one side and the variables on the other

6t-2t=11-3
4t=8

then divide by the coefficient
t=2

The short answer is 2. but it is not such a hard problem.

6T+3=2T+11

so first you subtract 2T from both sides

4T+3= 11

then you subtract 3 from both sides

4T=8

then you divide both sides by 4

T=2
