1st: in the "To:" field, use a made up email @dress. It will come back as undeliverable, but your recipients will get the mail.
(The reason I do this is so any "spammers" cannot find me and send me a lot of garbage.)
2nd: use "Bcc" (Blind copies) . This will send your emails to your list and no one but you will know who's in the field.
I do this DAILY...I email a lot of people a lot!

Below the To and the CC field is one called BCC. The "B" stands for "Blind". Any address put in that field still receives the email, but none of the other people will see them listed.
Note that if someone really wants to see what is in the BCC field, it is possbile to get them from the e-mail header. But most people would not know how to do that.

Depending on your software program that you are using, there should be an option called "BCC" which hides the email addresses that you send things to.
Simply put the email addresses in this field and when you hit send, they will be none the wiser who you sent it to, they will just think you sent it to them alone. I use this feature all the time when I send out jokes etc to family and friends... plus you should use it whenever you send the same thing to more than one person for privacy reasons.
Hope this helps.

The "BCC" field in your email program stands for "Blind Carbon Copy". The users that receive the email will not be able to see who else got the email.
