You should ask big fat guys who are only sit and read the newspapers. For me, Job just made me skinnier

between age and work i have gained about 25bls!!! i work nite shift and move around alot but we snack alot on everything. i do well at home but i get two work boom eating frenzy went from a size 8- to 12. i'm now exercising and trying to not "graze" all nite.

i'm a plumber.. so i got really muscular, i've always been ridiculously skinny. as of right now, i've been a plumber for a year and half, i have 3% body fat, and weigh between 120-125

usualy when you work you loose weight i always have.
