If you mean to eliminate it... you would need some sort of a bleaching agent that a dermatologist would prescribe.
If you're looking to mask it... Dermablend is excellent.

if it's acne scars, then try AnceFree scar reducing lotion. otherwise, get a lotion that evens out ur skin tone. a good brand to try: Aveeno
