My mom was s teen mother, and my 16 year old sister is a teen mother. There for, my mother and step-dad INSIST on treating my like a litle kid and giving me no privacy. I really like this one guy in school and i have like 20 opportunites to be alone with him, and my parents ruined it. They don't trust me at all because of the mistakes that my sister and my mother made. It is SOOO not fair! Just because they made the same mistake doesn't mean that i'm going to make the same one too...does it? I personally think that i am more responsibly for my age then my family gives me credit for. After all, I'm only 13. I have good grades, good friends and an over all healthy lifestyle, so why is it that my parents don't trust me?

It's not that they don't trust you! They just know what you will be doing if you get alone with that guy, and they know that it isn't the best thing for you and your future. Don't worry, it will all work out in the end, I can almost guarantee it!

Because They Love You And They Do Not Want You To Make The Same Mistake That They Did.

Well
This is hard. I've been there. But just hang in there. Keep being a good girl. That's the best way to get more trust points from your parents.
So what? If they want to come along.Just go with it. If the guy really likes you back, he will understand and hang in there too. If not, he is not worth it and not worthy of you.
All the best

Because of your family history, your parents might be hard on you with guys. But don't let it get you down, if youre as mature as you say you are, the trust will come. Until then, go to the movies or barnes & noble, and be alone with your sweetie outside your home! GOOD LUCK

I wouldn't be to angry with your parents, they happen to love you very much or they wouldn't care so much,I'd talk to them and work on getting them to give a little, and then YOU giving them reasons to trust you, it works both ways.

Don't worry about it. Be happy that your parents love you. If this guy really likes you then he'll be happy to spend any time with you at all.
