The Comet Halley makes an appearance every 87 years.
The Comet Kohoutek that appeared in '73 every 75000.
Some pass and are never caught in Sol's gravity field.

You need to be more specific as many comets have different orbital periods. Comet Halley completes one orbit roughly every 76 years.

It all depends on the length of their orbit. Haley,s comet comes every 87 years if I remember correctly.
