One of my female friends told me women drip down there though I didn't find out why. I don't she was talking about during sexual intercourse. Is this a medical condition or a regular function that happens to some or all females?

I think she might mean "drip" like a discharge. All women get that, it's just a cleansing mechanism.

its normal...you know when guys get excited they get hard and at times you will leak fluids...well a woman gets excited we just get wet and if we get really excited then the fluids drip. its a normal function
