there are milestones that come all by them self you can help by useing a nusing pillow to help hold up your daughter and then she will get the muscles to do it slowly and help to roll over and do it lots everyday just gentle roll her to one side than the other and back again and soon she will roll all the way over if you do not have a nusing pillow normal pillows work to

Couch thing a good idea, Also, there's this littles seat called a Bumbo, the baby sits in it and it gives them the back support they need to sit, it helps there muscles develop and help them learn to balance. It's like excercising to learn how to sit. I found mine on Target.com It's also nice because it's really light weight, and if you are going to somewhere you have somewhere to put your baby besides always on the floor.

Lots of "tummy time" that will help to develop muscles needed to do those things.

She will just do it when she's ready... and you will be so proud of her. The boppy pillow can be used to sit her up, if she likes it... I'm not sure that's what you ment...

you can't "help" a baby to learn those things. they just learn on their own. it will happen, just be patient.
