I have been getting calls from that number, I get dis connected. I called back, and it says I need to enter my acess code to make the long distance call

it's a forgery, this number is nonexistant.
it's a faked number so you can't reach whomever is trying to call you.
sort of like spam emails, forged addresses so you can't trace them.

Could be a call from the internet. For example Skype shows no number on caller ids.

Just some Scam trying 2 get U 2 call back so they can charge calls 2 your phone cause I called SBC now they're AT & T Again lol. & that's what they told me.Good Luck

its a spoofed number from a voip line.
