here in Kansas there is one made from an old motorcycle with the mail in the middle of it. It is really cool
I was just wondering if anyone has seen a cool looking decorated mail box?

I haven't seen one like the one you described. I've only seen some decorated depending on the holiday (Halloween, Easter, Christmas)

our mail box is the large package style and I made wooden cut outs to dress it up for the different holidays. We have a tradition here of having a old mail box up high on a pole marked air mail If you like a girl you write it in a letter and put it in the box and the Good lord gets it and helps you find your way to her.

I live way out in the country in SC. there is a mailbox here that is about 20 feet tall and says "air mail", I think its a bird house but I've always liked it.

I live out in the country, so I've seen just about everything !
But I like the one with the plants around the bottom of them, and painted with flowers, as long as it doesn't look like a 2 year old drew it.

They're way into that in the mid west. When I moved back to Colorado from Missouri when I was 8, I thought it was strange that nobody in Colorado decorated their mailboxes. I also thought it was strange that everybody had fences...

There was an idiot in my neighborhood who used an old toilet to put his mailbox in as a stand. It was tacky but original. He had flowers coming out of the toilet bowl around the mailbox post and everything.

Our neighbor tried to give one to my husband once that was like 4 feet tall and distort idly shaped like a semi. It was horrid. I made my husband tell him no. I have a rep to uphold around here you know? No hillbilly looking stuff in my front yard.
