No, that would be dressing like a nerd. You could wear some baggy shorts with combat boots, with a baggy t shirt and a jumper tied around your waist, and long hair with a baseball cap. That's very nineties. Do a google image search on nineties bands like Guns'n'Roses, Faith no more, or check out some nineties movies like Pretty Woman, or Mallrats (hilarious movie, worth watching anyway). Good luck : )

try the "revenge of the nerds" look. That's more like a 70s style though. And there's no such thing as a nerd fashion...
