as Choti Diwali and the main Diwali will
be celebrated on 22nd, the sunday

Dussehra is on 2nd October [Gandhi Jayanti day, we lost a holiday :-( ] and Diwali is always celebrated exactly on 20th day after Dussehra. So its on 22 October.
