Ask all your friends if they have accounts, if so then tell them that they should be added, then the talking can start from there. There's nothing wrong about talking about people on myspace, THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR!!!!

No it's not wrong. That's how you meet people, you have to talk to them first. Just send a nice, cordial note and tell them you liked their profile/page and you would like to make some new friends.

join a group and talk to people, taht way, u can all discuss stuff or watever..amek sure its an active group.. its not weird as long as u dont act weird and are about the same age...i personally didnt talk to ne1 i didnt know when i had one, but thats just me

yeah, just don't ask them personal questions like where they live and stuff like that. You don't want to scare them.

umm.. i dont know.
when people add me, i usally ask them like how they found me or if i know them. usually, i dont add people who live in like wyoming or another country or something, or just if i dont know them. (unless they're a band)
