Put it in your thesis, and then make it your second paragraph after your intro...
Thesis example:
Although many religions do not condone homosexuality, same sex couples should be allowed to marry because of their determination and love for one another, for family advocacy and to promote understanding of homosexuality throughout the world.
Not a great persuasive, but it works...

You have to say something like: "Some believe that global warming is of little concern since human technology can solve any problem. However, humanity is reliant on the earth's ecosystems for our survival." Basically, state the opposing arguments as opinions, and then counter it with your opinion right afterwards.

remember what you wanna say...think about what the opposing argument is.... then say... many people believe that (opposing argument) is true...but i believe (your argument) is true... then explain
