No. It was stolen from her attic. They were eventually indicted and I don't think have been to trial yet. The story in the newspapers made it look pretty clear what happened though.

yes it wasnt buried it was old bills hiddin in the rafters of her old barn.. they took it home and said they dug it up in one of there yards
