Does this happen to you after a practice or game?

You play and practice or play as hard as you can or you think you can at the moment and when it is all said and done you think you did terrible or could have done better?

As long as I know I am playing as hard as possible, I sleep well at night.

leave it on the field - give every ounce and win or lose, you will not second guess yourself - if after the game you start a sentence or a thought with "If only....", it's apparent that you didn't do all you could to help insure victory
