Whether you are speaking as a boyfriend or as a father it makes a lot of difference but the one thing I will say is this.........A 13 year old girl is the worst to have to deal with. At this age they think they know everything, they are rebellious, and they are head strong, and at the time in their life when they are between child and woman in the development of their bodies....lol You have to treat her with respect, with love, but also with a firm determination and with consistency.
Keep them close enough to keep them safe but far enough to give them a little independence.
If you are a young boy then remember........keep your hands to yourself and do not try to pressure her into anything. Otherwise you could end up in the hospital with a few broken bones.......courtesy of dear old dad.

Can you explain yourself? You had better not be a pedophile. You should treat her with respect. Have a conversation with her, make her feel a grown up. There's nothing better than feeling important. If your older than 18 do Not flirt, girls are sensitive to that and can find your behavior intrusive. Merrily let her start the conversations. Then you won't have to worry about a thing if she actually keeps her mouth shut.

if she is your girl friend than dont too to much cause she is only 13 just hold her hand and show her you care
if this is your dauter than do things with her that u both will enjoy sand just talk to her like a frien would to another friend if you dont agree whith somethid she is doing
