Aaaah! I had to do this for science too. Well girl th answer is pretty obvious! You use it in your everyday life! For example when you choose what to eat for breakfast! Read the following!
PROBLEM- what do i eat for breakfast
INFO- theres waffles and bagels
HYPO- i think ill have a waffle
TEST- EAT THE BAGEL
DATA- the food was good
CONC- my hypo was correct

Define the problem, collect data, analyse data and you will be closer to a solution.
