Gee, I don't make it a habit to count, but just off the top of my head I remember complementing 5 people at work today about different things. Of course I work at the church office and one of my spiritual gifts is encouragement, so that's probably why that came about since I certainly didn't come to work trying to find as many people to compliment as I could.

I always compliment my husband and daughter. I also compliment friends and other family members, even if just talking via email. Compliments are VERY important, but shouldn't be fake!
