Watch out. These are trap questions. They are open ended questions to get you to to start talking about your weakness and test your ability to handle stress when that is thrown against you.
They way I would answer these kind of questions is to shut it off quickly and turn the table on the interviewer. I would say "Oh, I love my job but I also know that in order grow professionally, I need to take on more challenges. That is why I am here".
Another way to deal with it is to acknowledge that work is not always fun and games but you have the maturity to take it as it comes. This way you can answer the question without stone-walling the guy. I would say (or in your own words) " We all know there are high points and there are low points in every job. But as you and I both know you take it as they come and you deal with it and not let short term distractions affect the big picture. Is that the way you deal with them"?
All of a sudden you put the monkey right back on his back and move on.

Never make it about the people. Never!!
Maybe .... " at first I had a parking problem but I solved that by ,,(solution)..
"so many of my clients are in another time zone, but my supervisor agreed to let me come in an hour earlier (or, stay an hour later)
I felt I need more training in (whatever) and the supervisor agreed to let me use the computer during lunch for an on-line study course.
The important thing is, what ever the minor inconvenience was/is you found a solution that worked to every ones advantage.

Not enough responsibility, or challenge. I like to work hard and I feel I could do better in a different position.

if you are interviewing for another company, something like "it wasn't challenging enough", "there's no room for growth in the company" or something to that effect. good luck, that's what i would say

i would go with the 'no room for advancement', too.
stay away from......bored, work with idiots, my boss is a pain, too much stress, tired at the end of the day, people looking over my shoulder, etc.......
good luck
