No, it's better to not give any animal this water. The process of dehumidifying often removes the minerals from the water, which the animal needs for proper nutrition. In the same vein, don't give them destilled water. The safest is Tap water that is left for 24 hours in an open container so the Chlorine has evaporated.

If you would drink it, give it. If not, then don't. I don't think it is as safe as tap water, because it is taken out of the air. Just water plants with it.

Why would you want to? Drink some for yourself and see how it tastes. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't drink it so don't give it to your rabbit.
