I did not find a scam by this name on snopes.com, but there are several other listings in the Yahoo Search. Some say scam, others don't. Which is it?

If they aren't standing on your doorstep with a check in hand, flowers and a van saying Publishers Clearing House---its a scam.

Search snopes for Lottery you will see similar if not the same email as you have recieved.

its a scam, run away! ignore, delete nd dont even think bout it !

its a scam report it to your ISP
